This No Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions concerning the refund process for services provided by JX Modifications ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our products or services, you agree to adhere to this policy.
Digital Products and Services
All sales are final and due to the intangible and digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds unless explicitlty stated otherwise in a separate agreement from our management team.
Custom Orders
Custom orders involve payment for time, resources, and creative efforts. Once the development process has begun, no refunds will be provided.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any sales, projects and/or services if a user violates our terms of service or engages in any prohibited activities with valid evidence to go against that user. They may be placed under investigation which will result in the user being unable to purchase any products from our website, or engage in the community.
Payment Disputes
In the event of a billing dispute or any concerns regarding charges/prices of products, users are required to contact our customer services team for a promptly resolution.
Change of Mind
As stated before, we do not issue refunds for any products and/or services, this also goes for any purchases made in error or due to a change of mind. If this event occurs, users are encouraged to review and confirm their orders before completing the transaction.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Users with valid and compelling reasons for refund requests may contact our customer services team for further assistance with this refund. All users are required to contact our team within 24 hours of the purchase, otherwise a refund will not be available.
